Tom earned a Bachelor of Health Science degree and Master of Physical Therapy degree from Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania in 2001. He began working for WESTARM in 2001 at the Lower Burrell facility. He became Facility Director in 2004. Since then, he advanced to become the Director of Therapy Services of WESTARM Physical Therapy and Administrator of WESTARM Home Health. Tom resides in Plum, Pennsylvania with his wife Tara, who is also a Physical Therapist. He has 3 children and is very active in the Plum Soccer and Basketball organizations.

Brady Jacob serves as the Vice President of WESTARM Physical Therapy, a family-owned therapy provider serving Western PA through both outpatient and home health divisions. Under his leadership, WESTARM has implemented key operational improvements, including the rollout of the SPRY system for the clinical and billing teams. Brady is passionate about combining patient-centered care with forward-thinking administrative solutions to improve both clinical outcomes and efficiency. Brady earned his Master of Science in Health Services Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Miami (FL) in Business Administration.
