1. Core EHR Subscription & Hosting

Use of SPRY PT EHR and certified modules, standard support, routine updates, and secure hosting (if SPRY-hosted).
Fee types may include per-provider subscription, platform fee, hosting, and optional premium support.

2. Implementation & Training

Project management, configuration, data migration assistance, and role-based training.
Includes one-time implementation fee; optional training bundles; optional fee-for-service for extended data migration.

3. Interoperability & Interfaces (HIE/Labs/Imaging/Custom)

Interfaces to HIEs, registries, labs, imaging centers, and custom integrations.
Includes one-time setup, annual maintenance, third-party subscriptions, and potential volume-based transaction fees.

4. Privacy & Security (170.315(d)(1)–(d)(13))

Access control, audit logs, encryption, authentication, and authorization.
Included in certification; optional SSO/IdP or advanced controls may have setup and recurring fees.

5. Standardized API (170.315(g)(10))

FHIR R4 APIs for patient and population services; OAuth 2.0 authorization.
Certified APIs included with reasonable published limits; enhanced plans may carry subscription/usage fees.

6. Terminology & Drug Databases

Drug knowledge base and mappings (e.g., FDB, RxNorm, SNOMED, LOINC).
May be licensed via pass-through; updates billed per vendor terms.

SPRY PT charges subscription fees for use of certified capabilities.

Optional services such as implementation, training, and select third-party integrations may incur additional costs depending on organization size, provider count, and integration scope.

Technical & Non-Technical Limitations

  1. The SPRY PT mobile application is not independently certified and is intended to complement certified web capabilities.
  2. Certain advanced reporting may require third-party integrations or data services.

Support & Maintenance

SPRY PT provides quarterly major releases and minor updates as needed.
