Built around the way outpatient care works.

SPRY is building the infrastructure for outpatient care around the people and organizations that deliver it. We bring clinical, operational, and financial work together in one connected platform, configured around how each organization actually works. The result is technology that fits the practice, gives people more room for judgment and relationships, and helps organizations improve outcomes across care and business.

Build technology around the people and organizations delivering outpatient care.

We connect clinical, operational, and financial work around how each organization actually operates, helping teams deliver better care, run stronger businesses, and improve outcomes across both.

Technology should fit the organization, connect the work around care, and give people the context and capacity to do their best work.

A future where care can grow without the burden around it growing too.

We see a future where serving more patients does not require the same growth in administrative work, where adding providers, specialties, or locations does not mean recreating the same operating machinery, and where technology understands an organization well enough to move routine work forward until human judgment is actually needed.

More capacity for care. Less complexity around it.

Brij and Riyaz early years

A different way to build for outpatient care.

SPRY was not the first company Brijraj Bhuptani and Riyaz Rehman built together. Years earlier, they worked side by side at Ridlr, the mass-transit technology company co-founded by Brij, where Riyaz served as Chief Business Officer. Ridlr was acquired by Ola in 2018, and Brij later served as Ola's Chief Product and Technology Officer. Together, they had spent years building technology for complex, real-world operations at scale.

In 2021, conversations with physical therapists introduced them to a different kind of operational challenge. The technology behind care was fragmented, and too much of the work still depended on people moving information between systems. As Brij and Riyaz spoke with more therapists and practice leaders, the same pattern kept appearing across clinical work, scheduling, patient communication, billing, insurance, and authorization.

They saw an opportunity to build a better foundation for outpatient care.

SPRY brought together deep technology and systems thinking with clinical, operational, billing, and insurance expertise, and built closely with the people doing the work every day. That combination still shapes SPRY today.

Listen closely. Understand the work. Build around the people doing it.

People should spend their expertise where it matters most.

Some work depends on human expertise: understanding a patient, making a clinical decision, solving an unusual problem, leading a team, building a practice, or knowing when the situation in front of you does not fit the rule.

Other work is repetitive, predictable, and administrative. Checking coverage. Tracking an authorization. Moving information between systems. Following up on routine tasks. Correcting predictable errors. Filling schedule gaps.

We believe technology should carry more of that work so people have more room for the decisions, relationships, and expertise that only they can bring.

The best systems do not give people another thing to manage. They understand context, move routine work forward, surface what needs attention, and keep people in control where their judgment matters.

Therapist with patient

There is no average clinic.

A one-provider practice does not operate like a 90-provider organization. A single-specialty clinic does not work exactly like a multidisciplinary group. Even organizations that look similar on paper can have different payer mixes, staffing models, specialties, scheduling rules, documentation preferences, and definitions of success.

That is why SPRY is not built around a single prescribed way of working.

Customer implementation workshop

Start with how the organization works.

Before deciding what the technology should do, we want to understand the people, the workflows, the rules, the exceptions, and the outcomes the organization is trying to create.

Forms, workflows, payer logic, scheduling, communications, and specialty requirements can be configured around that reality, while strong guardrails protect compliance, auditability, and claim integrity.

Configured to you, not the other way around.

Configurability is not an add-on at SPRY. It is part of how we think about the platform. The goal is not endless customization. It is technology that reflects the clinical and business reality of the organization using it.

Listen beyond the request.

Listening starts with what a customer asks for, but it cannot end there. We want to understand why they are asking. What is actually breaking? Who does it affect? What happens before and after it? What outcome would genuinely make the work better?

Clinicians bring the reality of care. Operators bring the reality of the business. Customers bring years of lived experience. Product and engineering bring the ability to turn that knowledge into technology that can work reliably at scale.

That is why SPRY has clinicians inside the company and why outpatient PT, OT, and SLP leaders participate in our Clinical Advisory Board, bringing real operating experience into how we build.

Real-world knowledge, built into the technology.

Minal with clinicians

Build for the outcome.

A scheduling workflow is not successful because an appointment was booked. It is successful when the right patient gets the opening and the team does not spend an hour coordinating it.

An eligibility check is not valuable because it returned data. It is valuable when the patient knows what to expect, the team knows what to collect, and the organization avoids preventable rework.

Documentation is not better simply because it is faster. It is better when the clinician can stay present, the right context carries forward, and the record supports what needs to happen next.

The feature is the mechanism. The outcome is the point.

Different expertise makes the company better.

SPRY brings together people who have built technology at scale, treated patients, operated healthcare businesses, worked inside revenue cycle, and lived the workflows we are trying to improve. Bringing those perspectives together is part of how we build better.

A new chapter in intelligent care infrastructure.

SPRY expands its AI capabilities across clinical and administrative workflows and is ranked #1 for Physical & Occupational Therapy / Rehab in Black Book Research's 2026 Ambulatory EHR Excellence survey.

Today
1,000+ clinics. The same principle.

SPRY now works with more than 1,000 clinics across the U.S., from independent practices to larger, multi-location organizations and evolving models of outpatient care. The company has grown. The principle behind how we build has stayed remarkably consistent.

Listen. Understand. Build what makes the work better.

The principles that guide us.

Stay close to the work

The people doing the job know things the rest of us cannot see from a roadmap or spreadsheet. Start there.

Understand the why

A request tells us what someone wants. Understanding why tells us what actually needs to be solved.

Take on the hard part

Healthcare's hardest problems cross people, systems, payers, and responsibilities. Complexity is a reason to go deeper, not stop at the surface.

Own the outcome

Shipping is a milestone. Success is when something meaningfully works better for the customer.

Stay open to better answers

Clinical expertise, customer experience, data, and technology each reveal something different. Better decisions come from bringing those perspectives together.

Move with urgency. Earn trust.

The work matters, so we move quickly, learn continuously, and hold ourselves to a high bar for reliability, security, and responsibility.
