Bridging the Divide Between the DPT Degree and High-Value Care

Hiring shouldn’t feel like a gamble, but it does. New grads come in smart and motivated, yet struggle with documentation, and real-world decision-making. Senior clinicians slow down to fill the gaps. Productivity lags. Burnout rises. And too often, that “great hire” is gone within a year. Join SPRY for a practical, no-fluff webinar with Dr. Lisa Flexner, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT, Founder of FlexHealth Consulting and a former Director of Clinical Education. With 30+ years across clinical care, DPT education, and organizational strategy, Dr. Flexner understands this problem from both sides of the desk. This session is built for owners and executives running multi-site private practices who are tired of the sink-or-swim onboarding model. We’ll talk honestly about why staffing feels broken. If you’re struggling with turnover, inconsistent performance across locations, or the constant drag of onboarding, this conversation will give you a clearer framework for solving staffing challenges at the system level, not one hire at a time.
