Dr. Katie O’Bright
Founder of Redefine Health Education
Dr. Katie O'Bright is a physical therapist and educator who has spent the majority of her clinical career in multidisciplinary primary care settings. She started her career as an active duty Army PT where she worked in a Soldier Centered Medical Home, co-located with primary care physicians, psychologists and other valued support staff.Since then, she has worked in multidisciplinary care settings in academic health systems and private practices. Dr. O'Bright founded Redefine Health Education with the mission of getting physical therapists into primary care through education, mentorship and consulting. She served as the Education Chair to the APTA Federal’s Primary Care Special Interest Group (PC-SIG) from 2022-2025, where she launched the Primary Care PT Summit & Think Tank and led the workgroup for the consensus definition of primary care PT. As of 2025, she is still an active member of the PC SIG. Dr. O’Bright is the host of The Primary Care PT Podcast and teaches continuing education courses related to primary care PT through Redefine Health Education.

Jonathon Lee is a physical therapist and Oxford MBA graduate whose career spans the depth of clinical expertise and the breadth of healthcare innovation. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University and continued to refine his skills through an orthopedic residency at Houston Methodist and an orthopedic fellowship, with focus on athlete performance, treating elite professional and semiprofessional athletes. His clinical practice extended to women's health and community care at Providence St. Joseph Health in Portland. After pursuing his MBA at Oxford, where he competed as a two-time varsity athlete in American football and track & field, Jonathon expanded into pharmaceutical strategy consulting at IDEA Pharma in London, advising on drug development and global medical strategy.
